High-end guitar rest for classical guitar – The Ultimate Matte Black

The Ultimate Matte Black model series is made from 6mm thick transparent Perspex®, a modern and extremely resistant tempered acrylic glass that is even more stable than the 4mm Plexiglas® used in the Professional-Line models. In an additional step, the acrylic glass is coated with a reflection-free matte black finish. This makes the models of the Ultimate Matte Black Line the ultimate worry-free solution for stage musicians and anyone who desires uncompromising quality. The intricately manufactured and highly rigid material is particularly suitable for very high playing positions. All materials undergo continuous rigorous quality control and are produced in collaboration with companies from the German automotive industry.

When do I need a Wide Cut, when do I need a Cutaway?

Musicians with wider legs need a Wide Cut, a broad leg cut. Also, for guitarists who desire more immediate freedom of movement in the horizontal playing angle, this adjustment can be recommended.

The Cutaway, i.e., the removal of material at the top edge of the Guitarlift®, is mostly desired by female guitarists who want more space for their chest and bust.
